Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Support Seniors and Managers to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, you will:
- Deliver audit support services to U.S.-based CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional quality.
- Collaborate closely with U.S. clients and U.S-based management team to ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of audit support services to U.S.-based CPA firms, including planning, executing and reporting audits.
- Performing detailed audit procedures including substantive testing and analytical procedures, audit workpaper preparation, technical research and financial reporting, and internal control testing and documentation.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with U.S. teams to align audit objectives and timelines.
- Ensure exceptional service quality by addressing client needs promptly and enhancing engagement efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet client deliverables and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preference for International university graduates and top performers from the English sections of leading Egyptian public universities). CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3-8 years of audit experience in a leading public accounting firm, ideally with exposure to U.S.-based clients.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of audit principles, techniques, and U.S. GAAP/IFRS standards. Experience with audit tools and accounting research resources. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is required, ERP and fund accounting systems experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
